SonyRemote 1.0.0 is freeware and its source code is in the public domain.  Future versions of SonyRemote or derivitave products may not  be freeware.  The source code for SonyRemote 1.0.0 will still be public domain should this happen.  You are allowed to use the source code for SonyRemote 1.0.0 for any purpose.
